Omen threat meter.
Its a handy tool that shows you how much threat you have, it allows you to stay below the tanks and maximize your dps.

Deadly Boss Mods
Gives you important timers for specific boss abilities you have to know about. Of course we will be shouting them over ventrilo but is always good to know them yourself.

Healing Addons

Raid Frames, nice display for raid healing.

Healbot, it has been said that this can help ease any healing issues. Never used it myself though, try it and perhaps post some feedback.

X-Perl, my personal favorite. Nice easy raid frames with extra unit frames and main tank target and health bars. Good for any class.
